Pulse Flexible Packaging is a UK flexible-packaging supplier for the food and beverage industry. The company was established in May 2014 when the UK board of directors and pension trustees, acquired the UK operations of Printpack Enterprises, Ltd., from Printpack, Inc., in a management buy-out (MBO). It has two manufacturing facilities in the UK – a headquarters in Bury, Lancashire, and in Saffron Walden, Essex.
The Joint Administrators will act as agents of the company without personal liability. The affairs, business and property are being managed by the Joint Administrators. Marston is authorized to act as an insolvency practitioner by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. Smith is authorized to act as an insolvency practitioner by the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
