In Europe, MPS has acquired AJS Labels based in Littlehampton and Featherstone UK. AJS specializes in the manufacture of self-adhesive labels for a variety of markets including confectionary, health and beauty and personal care products. Employing around 80 people, AJS are an award-winning manufacturer supplying a wide range of blue chip multinational and UK customers.
In the US, MPS has acquired i3 Plastic Cards, based in Dallas, TX. i3 offers a fully-integrated solution for creating and personalizing plastic transaction cards including pre-paid gift and loyalty cards. i3 Plastic Cards has the ability to personalize all plastic cards, apply multiple print and finishing effects.
Collectively the businesses recorded net sales of approximately $25 million in the most recent twelve months.
