In 2015, Constantia Flexibles reported sales of roughly €1.9 billion, an increase over the previous year of around 10%. Operating EBITDA rose by 3% to about €263 million.
“The figures prove that our company is continuing on its successful path with its global growth story,” said Alexander Baumgartner, CEO of Constantia Flexibles. “Our strategy is clear and our Group continues to grow worldwide with the aim to support our customers with their own global expansion plans.”
In 2015, Constantia Flexibles undertook two major acquisitions – Afripack, the second-largest company for flexible packaging in South Africa and sub-Saharan Africa, and Pemara, a leading producer of labels in Southeast Asia. Constantia Flexibles currently has more than 10,000 employees worldwide.
This year’s image section has an entirely new concept that takes a storytelling approach: the chapters about the company’s three Divisions – Food, Pharma, and Labels – single out “passion”, one of the company’s attributes, and illustrate the successful collaboration of Constantia Flexibles employees with customers via three stories.
