The press—it’s the backbone of every packaging, printing and converting operation; and at INFO*FLEX 2012 it stands at the heart of the exhibition. With the event set to open March 19 in San Antonio, TX, 23 press/digital manufacturers have signed up to exhibit at the show.
Lining the aisles will be AGFA Pitman, Allen Datagraph Systems, Bobst Group N.A., Canadian Primoflex Systems, Inc. (CPS), DCM Group, Eastman Kodak Co., EFI, Epson America Inc., KPG-Corp, KYMC America, Mark Andy, Inc., Mimaki USA Corp., MPS America LLC, Muller Martini Corp., North American Cerutti, Nuova Gidue S.r.l, Océ Technologies, Omet S.r.l., Paper Converting Machine Co., Roland DGA, Uteco North America Inc., Windmoeller & Hoelscher Corp. and Xeikon America, Inc. They represent wide web, narrow web, combination, mid web, digital and proofers/protypers, and they are all hungry to meet with the 1,600 attendees expected on site.
“INFO*FLEX 2012 represents the most comprehensive gathering of press manufacturers in the world other than drupa.” said Jay Kaible, FTA’s director of business development. “It offers attendees a one-stop venue to gather information and see new technology in all sectors of the printing and converting industry as it is unveiled early in the year. In addition, INFO*FLEX 2012 is commemorating its 30th anniversary this year.”
Every year for the past 30 years, suppliers from across the packaging, printing and converting industry chose INFO*FLEX as their show of prime importance. The success of the exhibition over the last few years is largely attributed to the high percentage of printer/converter attendance and the plethora of networking opportunities that occur in conjunction with the event.
